欢迎来到《山谷回响》。本协议约定你与运营者叶露（个人开发者）之间关于下载、访问和使用本游戏及相关云存档服务的权利和责任。开始使用即表示你已阅读并同意本协议；如果不同意，请停止使用。
《山谷回响》是长期陪伴型放置小游戏，提供本地游玩、匿名云存档、邮箱绑定、跨设备恢复、存档导入导出等功能。游戏没有内购、广告或面向用户的交易功能，也不承诺存在固定通关目标。
你不得利用本游戏实施违法活动，不得攻击、干扰、绕过或破坏服务器和安全措施，不得未经许可批量抓取、反编译、传播修改版或冒用运营者名义。正常的个人备份、存档导入导出和依法享有的权利不受本条限制。
我们会采用合理措施维护服务与云存档，但网络、设备、浏览器、操作系统、第三方云服务或不可抗力均可能导致同步延迟、服务中断或数据损失。请定期使用游戏内导出功能自行保留备份。涉及个人信息的处理以《隐私政策》为准。
游戏程序、画面、角色、文本、音效及其他内容的相关权利归运营者或合法权利人所有。未经许可，不得将其用于商业复制、发行、改编或制作混淆来源的产品。
我们可能因维护、安全、功能调整或不可抗力更新、暂停或终止部分服务，并会在可行范围内通过 App 内、政策页面或其他合理方式告知。你可以随时停止使用并删除云端账号及数据。
在适用法律允许的范围内，本游戏按现状提供。我们不对因设备故障、用户误操作、凭据泄露、网络中断或第三方服务异常造成的间接损失作超出法律要求的承诺；本条不排除或限制依法不得排除的责任。
未成年人应在监护人指导下使用本游戏。16 岁以下用户在绑定邮箱或进行账号相关操作前，应先征得监护人同意。

Welcome to Echoing Valley. These Terms govern the download, access, and use of the game and its cloud-save services between you and Ye Lu, an individual developer. By using the game, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game.
Echoing Valley is a long-companionship idle game offering local play, anonymous cloud saves, optional email binding, cross-device recovery, and save import/export. It has no in-app purchases, advertising, or user-facing marketplace, and it does not promise a fixed ending.
You must not use the game for unlawful activity; attack, disrupt, bypass, or damage servers or security measures; scrape at scale; distribute unauthorized modified builds; reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law; or impersonate the operator. Ordinary personal backups, save import/export, and rights granted by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.
We use reasonable measures to maintain the service and cloud saves, but networks, devices, browsers, operating systems, third-party cloud services, or events beyond reasonable control may cause delays, interruption, or data loss. Export backups regularly. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Rights in the software, visuals, characters, text, audio, and other game content belong to the operator or lawful rights holders. Without permission, you may not commercially copy, distribute, adapt, or create products that misrepresent their source.
We may update, suspend, or end parts of the service for maintenance, safety, feature changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the game and delete your cloud account and data at any time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as is. We do not make commitments beyond legal requirements for indirect loss caused by device failure, user error, credential disclosure, network interruption, or third-party service failure. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Minors should use the game with a guardian. Users under 16 should obtain guardian consent before binding an email or performing account-related actions.
If these Terms change materially, we will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice. Read the latest version before continuing to use an updated service. Questions may be sent to fisha.yelu@gmail.com.
